Aaron Stites M.S.
Aaron has his M.S. degree in Exercise Physiology. His research focuses on endurance and resistance training and performance. His goal is to help all his clients live at the healthiest and highest performance level possible. He is competitive at the pro level in cross-country mountain biking & cyclocross and races road bikes. Aaron coaches athletes in all cycling disciplines, as well as triathlons and running events. He has been a BYU instructor of swimming, weight lifting, jogging & cycling. Aaron knows what it takes to be successful in sport performance and the balance it takes when trying to squeeze training into a busy life.
Amy Stites B.S.

Just finished 9 mile trail race in hail, wind, and rain!
Amy received her B.S. degree in Physical Education: Pre-Physical Therapy in 1997. She has been productively training since 2004. Even with three pregnancies and an increasingly busy schedule in that timeframe, she has only become more strong and fit. She enjoys running and triathlons and has successfully completed many 5Ks, 10Ks, sprint-distance triathlons, 10-mile runs, a half-marathon, and an Olympic-distance triathlon. Amy knows how to balance, prioritize, and effectively train to reach peak fitness and performance.
